Eloise’s aim is for all students to achieve success as they define it as an individual. This includes all students graduating from Lyndhurst Secondary College with not only a positive pathway for their future, but also having developed the skills and dispositions that will help them to not just survive, but thrive in the world beyond school. This vision is captured in our college’s Graduate Profile and forms the basis of all strategic work and decisions at the college. She has a strong focus on all students obtaining the highest and most relevant qualifications for their individual pathways, including further study, training, or full-time employment.
She values equal access to education for all students, and is passionate about the college being a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment that both supports and challenges all young people.
Eloise holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business (Marketing) and a Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary) from Monash University. She is also a qualified VET trainer and has completed courses focused on various elements of leadership with Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership (formerly Bastow) and Harvard University.

Kelly’s vision for education is to equip all students with the necessary skills and attributes to be successful and confident in life after school. She believes in the importance of education for the whole child and not just academic education through your typical subjects. She believes that the social and emotional skills students learn at school are just as important for a well-rounded education.
Kelly has a particular interest in catering for the individual needs of all students through person-centred strategies and supports as well as connecting them to appropriate wellbeing programs. She is also passionate about building on students’ learning each year with the aim of creating strong citizens in the future. Kelly believes in setting every student up for success and creating strong, individual pathways to help them achieve their goals both at school and for life after school.
Kelly graduated from Monash University with a Double Degree in Physical and Outdoor Education and Education. She also has a Graduate Certificate in Principalship from Monash University and has completed various courses focusing on leadership with the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership (formerly Bastow).

Lauren leads Teaching and Learning Innovation at the College. She is passionate about engaging all learners in education, making learning relevant, challenging and meaningful. Lauren strongly believes that every student can achieve success within education and recognises that this will look different for every student. She believes that education should focus not only on academics but on developing industry skills and the holistic health and wellbeing of all young people.
Lauren graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Physical Education (with honours). She has also completed the Emerging Leaders course with Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership (formerly Bastow). Lauren also holds a Qualified Teaching Status in the UK.

Jo believes that all students should be made to feel valued and respected at Lyndhurst Secondary College as they prepare for ongoing learning in a local, national, and global environment. She understands that success comes in a range of forms and from different pathways, and at Lyndhurst Secondary College we provide the tools and opportunities for these journeys. Jo’s portfolio includes developing and supporting Student Voice, including CALD and First Nations students, across the college. She also leads the E-Learning and alternative pathways for the students.
Jo is excited for the changes happening at Lyndhurst Secondary College with the consistent expectations and pre-conditions for learning, new staff, innovative and engaging curriculum, pedagogy and soon to be built physical spaces. Jo works with the LSC community to provide opportunities for the students both in and out of the classroom, such as our ongoing connection with Melbourne City Football Club, 4Cs at Bunjil Place and the Victorian State School Spectacular.
Jo studied for her teaching degree at Monash, completed further studies at the Sanata Dharma University in Yogyakarta and then obtained her Masters in International Development from RMIT. Jo has wide variety of skills and experiences; having taught for many years in country Victoria and in Indonesia and she maintains a strong connection with those communities.

Business Manager
Craig leads the finance and administration functions of the College, including College facilities. He is a Certified Practising Accountant, with a Master’s degree in Accounting from Monash University. He also brings a background in corporate financial leadership to the College Executive Team.
He is passionate about directing resources toward improving the College for all students, staff and the local community.

As Assistant Principal for Middle School, Corey leads the team who support our Year 9 and 10 students on a daily basis to ensure that those students are able to achieve their educational outcomes while also being supported to feel valued and safe within our college. Corey’s portfolio at Lyndhurst Secondary College also includes overseeing and supporting Wellbeing and Inclusion across the college to ensure that all students are able to access and receive the holistic support that they need to be happy, healthy and successful in all aspects of learning and life.
Corey’s educational philosophy is that all students are capable of achieving success in learning and life, but that success looks different for all students and our role as educators is to support students to achieve their own individual success.
He is passionate about Lyndhurst Secondary College’s approach and vision to ensuring that all students have access to equal opportunities in learning and he is excited about being a part of the continued growth and success of college in years to come for the betterment of our students and our community.
Corey holds a Bachelors Degree in Education (Secondary) and Bachelor of Arts (History) from Deakin University.

Breanna leads Junior School (Years 7 and 8) improvement, whole school enrolment and transitions as well as parent/carer engagement. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma from Australian Catholic University.
Breanna values equal access to education for all students, and is passionate about providing students with the skills to be successful when they leave secondary school. She believes that students should be at the centre of all educational conversations, and that pathways should be tailored to students interests and strengths.
Breanna strives to ensure that our Lyndhurst graduates leave us with more opportunities in life than when they arrive, and looks forward to welcoming new members into our college community.

Our Learning Area Leaders oversee the design, development and implementation of our curriculum in each of our subjects to ensure our curriculum is engaging and challenging for all learners at their point of need.
