Year 8 Camp
On Wednesday 15th November, 25 keen Lyndhurst Secondary College Year 8 students set off for camp at Phillip Island.
It was a great way for them to link their studies in PE and Health with the real world. Students camped at Cowes Caravan Park where they also participated in many activities such as sea kayaking, hiking, beach activities and went to see the Penguin Parade.
They showed great resilience and problem solving as it rained much of the time, however they did not complain instead embracing the experience and returning exhilarated on Friday 17th November.
