This course is designed to introduce students to the theories and practices of creative arts industries. Students will study skills in photo imaging and 3D printing common to screen and media, interactive games, graphic design and visual arts.

This course is offered at Chisholm Berwick on Wednesdays 8.30am-12.30pm and Chisholm Frankston on Wednesdays 9am-4.30pm (Chisholm Frankston runs the two year course delivered in one year).

Possible Career/Further Study Pathways

Provides entry level qualification for students wanting to find employment.

Also provides a pathway to Certificate IV in Design or Visual Arts and Diploma of Graphic Design.

This is a two year program.

Year 10 Maths and English required

Equipment required: pen, USB, A4 notebook and folder

For VCE students, this program does not have a study score, but does count as a ¾ sequence and students are eligible for an ATAR increment (10% of the lowest study score of the primary four studies)
